Our Nuclear Medicine Department, with its high-end equipment, enables the early imaging of diseases at the molecular level, and also offers targeted radioisotope treatments. It aims to provide detailed information about the structure and functions of organs in all age groups from the newborn period, to guide and follow up the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

Imaging Methods and Treatment Applications

  • Lung Perfusion and Ventilation Scintigraphy; Accurate anatomical localization and increasing diagnostic accuracy with SPECT/CT
  • Diagnosis of diseases such as Dementia, Epilepsy, Parkinson in the central nervous system
  • Accurate anatomical localization and increasing diagnostic accuracy with SPECT/CT, evaluation of brain metabolism with PET/CT
  • In the determination of ischemia-infarct area in coronary artery diseases, attenuation correction with SPECT/CT and removal of artifacts and accurate imaging in a shorter time, determination of live tissue area with PET/CT
  • Elimination of false positive and negative evaluations by providing correct anatomical localization with SPECT/CT in skeletal system diseases
  • Accurate anatomical localization and increasing diagnostic accuracy with SPECT/CT in thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal gland diseases
